SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Royal Priesthood.  We hope you are happy with your Christian apparel.  Stand firm in the faith and bear fruit!

Shipping Policy

Most orders placed will be processed and shipped within 3 - 5 days. 

  • Confirmations of orders and shipping notices will be sent to the customer via the email address entered on the order form. Order confirmations will include a copy of the order, availability status, and if already shipped, tracking information and expected delivery date. 

  • Orders for products not immediately available will receive a confirmation of order that includes a notice of approximate availability. When the order is shipped, customer will receive a shipping notification.  

  • Large orders requiring oversize or multiple packages may result in additional shipping charges.  Customer will be notified of these charges when order is confirmed, and may cancel the order or approve the charges before shipping. 

  • Customer will be billed at the time of shipping.  All credit cards are verified before shipping.

Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the type of shipping selected by the customer. 

  • All expected delivery dates are estimates.  Actual delivery dates may vary due to weekends, holidays, or unexpected schedule disruptions.

  • Customers may be charged sales tax as required by applicable laws in different jurisdictions.  Sales tax charges will  appear on the order confirmation, and customer may cancel or approve the order before shipping.  Regulations may prohibit us from shipping some items to specific locations.

  • All orders require a physical address; we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  If an item is prohibited from shipping to the customer's residence, customer will be notified at the time of order and the order may be cancelled or modified at that time.

  • All shipping costs on returned items will be paid by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. 
To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Some apparel and accessories are exempt from being returned unless received defective.

Regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items
that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us. Please do not return if your item doesn't meet these requirements because we will not be able to resend to you. 
Return Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your return. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and delivery. 

  • If you decide to return your product on your own (not using our label) unfortunately, we will not be able to credit back your shipping cost.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

  • Check your bank account again. 

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
